Terms and Conditions – 939bat Platform Rules

By registering an account on 939bat, accessing the platform through the website or mobile app, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and 939bat.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of 939bat following any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

Each individual may hold one account on 939bat. Creating duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 939bat reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings promptly.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Do not share your password with any other person. 939bat will never contact you to request your password and any such request should be treated as fraudulent. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately.

Account verification, including CNIC-based identity verification, is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested at other points. Providing false documentation during verification is a serious breach of these terms and will result in permanent account closure.

All deposits to 939bat are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and other payment methods listed in the cashier section. The availability of specific methods may vary and is subject to change.
